Hello, I'm Soundharya Dharshini, an Erasmus Mundus Masters Scholar in Chemical Innovation and Regulation. Currently based in Barcelona for my first year, I'll be heading to Italy and Portugal for the next phase of my academic journey. My academic focus revolves around researching alternative substances to toxic chemicals and advocating for alternatives to animal testing in the regulatory field. With a background in Chemical Engineering from India, I bring a unique perspective to my studies. Professionally, I've accrued three years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, specializing in automotive products. My expertise lies in analyzing the presence and concentration of hazardous heavy metals such as Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, and Hexavalent Chromium in these products. Beyond academia and work, I'm keen on making the most of my Erasmus experience by connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
